Nikki is simply the best and she really goes above and beyond for her clients. I came to her with really messed up lashes from a bad job done at a salon near me and she immediately booked me with a 'I WILL get you what you want' attitude. I went to Hey Dollface after having a bad experience at another local salon in the area. Nikki the owner offered to get me in and help get my lashes filled with her or one of her other stylists also named Nikki. Nikki, the owner was booked so I went to the other Nikki and she did a wonderful job. From the time walking in and explaining to her what I wanted it was a great experience. Five stars! Nikki is a wonderful lash artist. She makes the experience so relaxing and welcoming. Every time I visit she asks about the previous set of lashes and if we are making any changes, which most of the time I do not because she does such a fabulous job. But I really do appreciate that gesture. Nikki is very professional and I appreciate her talent and friendliness.

Nikki is the BEST! I had never done lash extensions before and she was very professional and patient with explaining the process and answering my questions. She does a great job and is just a wonderful human being in general. Now that I've started doing lash extensions I don't know how I'll ever go without them and I wouldn't go to anyone else but Nikki!
