I live in Brooklyn and regularly eat Utopia, Tompkins, Pop-up, Apollo - all the rest. I chanced upon this place just killing some time in the area. This place competes with the best NYC bagels - no question. I did not think anyone could make bagels like this outside of NY/NJ. I was wrong. Holy moly.
These bagels were out of this world! 🥯 The spreads they make are also super flavourful. Definitely a must try spot on Seattle! We tried the caramelized onion Gruyère and the white onion everything bagel, and I loved both. I was really hoping to try the pepperoni pizza bagel, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. Come here nearly every weekend to grab a bagel. Try to arrive before 9am otherwise there will be a line, especially with good weather. Great bagels! The more “experimental” schmears (I’m looking at you, triple garlic) and bialy can sometimes be a miss. But any bagel with standard cream cheese will generally be excellent! Really thrilled to have this shop available. Without a doubt best bagel in Seattle at this time.
