As a former employee, the people in the shop were the best part of the job. The front office either lies or tells half truths without the full story, the hours are terrible. They will tell you it's an 8 HR shift, but you will be looked down upon if you will not work 3-5 12s a week. Pay is fair, it's either sweat all day or freeze all day. There is no in between.
