Awesome gym and great atmosphere! the coaches go out of their way matching the workout to you, pushing you more every time, but never putting you in situation to hurt yourself
Great gym! The classes are fun and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. HIGHLY recommend weather you are beginner or advanced, they will help you reach your goals.
