First class service I visited ward 3 as an outpatient and I was very impressed The ward manager checked I was alright, whilst I was waiting in the waiting room which had magazines, drinking water and biscuits The staff were kind, professional and respectful and the ward was clean and well managed I could not fault the service I received THANK YOU!!
While I made a full recovery, and in part this is due to the wonderful country side surroundings of Hexham and Northumberland, however, this was somewhat undermined by a distant thrum I later found out to be emanating from Smashing Burger, in the form of loud music.
