This review is mainly about the reception staff, regarding booking and managing the appointments. I booked an appointment with a reception staff to see the nurse for my care plan. They booked me @1.20. One day before my appointment I received call to confirm my 1.20 app with nurse and I confirmed. When i checked in on my appointment day the reception said you are booked with Dr at 1.20 and 1.50 with the nurse and they said Dr will not see you but wait for the nurse and finally I was seen about 2.10 by nurse. My deepest gratitude to Dr Fawad for his professionalism and empathy for his patients, he always respond to his patients needs if he is not in clinic. A very humble and caring Doctor!
The doctors at this clinic are very professional and truly appreciate the medical care they provide. Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was not as positive. The receptionist’s manner of speaking felt rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable and less welcoming. In a healthcare environment, respectful and courteous communication is very important, and this was lacking during my visit. Hexa Medical Centre feels extremely chaotic and poorly managed. It does not seem a safe , clean clinic. people throw garbage on the floor, shouting, listening to music loudly on their phones, and speaking on the phone. The reception staff are particularly disappointing. Instead of assisting patients, clean the floor, manage patients for being loud. they sit among themselves talking, showing no sense of responsibility or professionalism.
