The Doctors and staff at this Medical Centre is Ridiculously slow and inconsiderate of patient’s time. They don’t even follow their appointment system. I was kept waiting for over an hour just because the doctor was chatting with a colleague. Do not recommend this centre to anyone!!
I hold the doctors, nurses, and reception staff in high regard. The doctors are exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate, the nurses are both skilled and kind, and the reception staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and respectful.
Dr Fowad has been our family GP for a few years and is the best we've ever had. Wish he was still 10 minutes away, but we're happy to drive further to see him. The nurse & reception staff at Hexa are very nice. Chemist Wharehouse on-site is very convenient.
