She left my undercut extremely long and uneven, long hairs dangling out of my ponytail. I never said I wanted it this way and then she would not see me to fix it in a timely manner. I had texted her originally on Tuesday and she refused to come in just for 5 minutes to snip the hairs . I texted her the second time after my first fix request at 1128 am on Wednesday, she didn’t respond till exactly 3 pm. I had to go to someone else who actually made it even worse.
