Great service staff were super friendly, repair was carried out quickly and to a high standard. Was quoted over the phone and the person gave a lower quote for the part than it actually cost however hex still honoured the quoted price. Couldn't ask for more would definitely use again.

I had a cracked phone screen and was dreading the repair process, but Luca made it completely hassle-free. He was professional, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. Not only did he fix my screen perfectly—it looks brand new again—but he also had great communication and made sure everything was working properly before handing it back. Super friendly and reliable. If you need any phone repairs, I highly recommend going to Luca!

スコットランドのエディンバラ旅行中にiPhoneの画面が壊れてスクリーンの半分しか動かない状態でしたが ネットで調べて評価が高くすぐになおしてくださる 14 home street にあるhex Edinburgh にUberで駆け込みました。ネットの情報通りとても素敵な人格の方があっという間に30分もかからなかったと思います。iPhoneの画面を完全に復活させてくださいましたとても有り難かったです。ありがとうございました。
