HP tricks with printing subscription plan. No matter how much I try to remove subscription it does NOT allow me to do Really cheap tricks !! I am disappointed and throwing this printer in the garbage.. RIP
DO NOT BELIEVE HP HONORS THEIR WARRANTIES! I have an HP Omnibook flip laptop ( that is not quite a year old. The F key starting sticking and after a week or so, wouldn't work at all. HP makes it completely difficult to contact them. When you call sales, you can only leave a message, but they don't return your call. If you need technical assistance, they send you to a third party who can't and won't help. How do you get problems resolved?
For God’s sake, today I spoke with two people in the chat and tried to reach someone on the phone, and no one was able to give me a solution. First, on the phone they didn’t want to transfer me to someone in Spanish, and in the chat they take way too long to respond and avoid the questions a lot, as if they don’t want to invest time in clarifying doubts and finding what one really needs.
