hp customer service is a joke. I talked to probably a dozen agents through chat over a 3 day span due to a keyboard failure of a laptop that was less than 6 months old to no resolution. On the second day, a ticket was supposedly opened and I was supposed to recieve an email. 10 days later, no email or resolution nor anyone that was able to help me with my problem. A very nice office filled with very nice people.
Waited on the phone for printer support for 6 hours. Did trouble shooting was told to call back for a replacement if recurred since info button not responding well. 10 min later issue recurs agent refuses to replace model super supposed to call between 130 and 2 calls at 6p and reschedules for 8am next day. No call. HONOR MY WARRANTY AND REPLACE PRINTER OR REFUNE MONEY
