I interacted with Grant Brauser and he said he was employed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Very unprofessional and not a very courteous person. It also would not be surprising if in his role with AI he just used other AI to do everything for him. I would highly recommend some customer service training for Grant.

hp customer service is a joke. I talked to probably a dozen agents through chat over a 3 day span due to a keyboard failure of a laptop that was less than 6 months old to no resolution. On the second day, a ticket was supposedly opened and I was supposed to recieve an email. 10 days later, no email or resolution nor anyone that was able to help me with my problem. Waited on the phone for printer support for 6 hours. Did trouble shooting was told to call back for a replacement if recurred since info button not responding well. 10 min later issue recurs agent refuses to replace model super supposed to call between 130 and 2 calls at 6p and reschedules for 8am next day. No call. HONOR MY WARRANTY AND REPLACE PRINTER OR REFUNE MONEY
