The software as they are mostly wifi, creates several issues with connectivity. The moment it fail (or could fail by design) you need to call their service and waist time. They don't operate on week ends. Once the warranty expire, you are obliged to pay more money for HP to authorize a solution for their software issues. South us like a scam not becoming of a high level company! Frankly I spent more time talking to them then printing my work! The experience is very frustrating, and I will dump all my HP products.
Don't buy an HP printer you get blocked from using any other type of ink and the HP ink is ridiculously expensive Absolutely ridiculous I should be able to choose the ink I use This was not stated anywhere when the printer was purchased total waste of time and money
Worst Company on planet earth. I hated the whole process from entering their website until now that they wasted 4 hrs of my time without answering my email, calls, messages. I just never ever go to this company even if I die.
