I bought a HP Pavillion in June from Office Max, in less than two months the screen broke, I called customer service, they told me it would cost almost as much to fix it as it did to buy it new. I took it to the licensed repair closest to us, he bought all the appropriate parts, put it together and before he even got me called to say it was fixed, the screen broke again, this time, the computer does not work at all. He did not charge me - good man! but, HP is a joke! I want my money back!
