This company is nothing but a scam. I have not been able to use this printer for months and then was told that I have to pay for the charges of the months without uses. Trupti Kamble did not care about the concerns I raised and how unjustified it is to charge people for something that is not able to be used. Clearly this company does not care about their client/ customers and rather you figure things out yourself.
My recent meeting with Gustavo Marin was extremely disappointing. Throughout our conversation, he spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, and several of his comments were inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. His tone escalated quickly, and at one point he lost his temper entirely. It’s insane you buy a printer for $300+ then proceed to need to pay a monthly subscription JUST TO PRINT FROM THE PRINTER YOU BOUGHT!! I will never buy from HP again.
DO NOT use HP printers or service. My printer cartridges are gone and InstaPrint WILL NOT send those although I am registered. I will return 3 printers.
