What an Omen
I work here... of course it is great!!! Update 4/25/2025 - I no longer work here. It's still great. Very great products and very great people working at HPE. I wish them all the very best. I was part of the 2025 Workforce Reduction, which by the way is not a performance related reduction. Some legal and inventory issues caused HPE to not meet guidance, so 2500 of us had to be let go. Hewlett Packard Enterprises, you need clear speaking English support people that US Americans can understand your customers. We have a printer that needs fixed. One of the print heads needs fixed. My husband tried to explain that to your support person and they were hard to understand and it short called my husband an idiot. I'm about to take it directly to your Colorado offices to get this resolved. I have been a very long standing supporter of HP, but after this, I'm no longer sure. Very very very poor customer support....
