They obviously left our Volkswagen sitting, neglected, for a long period of time and it was taken over by rodents. The headlight they replaced has failed and all of the lights are failing, a bunch of our stuff was chewed up and destroyed when we got the vehicle back. This is unacceptable, and I demand explanation and compensation. This is so outrageous!!!
