I was on Rt 146 heading towards Scotia NY on a two lane road. I see a car turning toward the left turn lane at a light, at an intersection. I suddenly see a van race to pull ahead if car turning, it narrowly missed my vehicle!!!! I did call a man was very emphatic. The licence plate appeared to have mc at the end and a 7 I believe on the plate. It made the left turn going towards Balltown Rd in Schenectady!!!!!
