Well maintained and great communication with the people. The reservation and payment was seamless too.
Used the Ideal Self Storage location in Hewitt-Spring Valley Rd. Appreciate that all rental set up/billing, etc. was able to be handled over the phone. The person answering those calls was always professional, clear, and courteous. The facility is nothing fancy but met my needs and expectations for climate controlled storage. I never had or saw anything that would lead me to believe there would be security concerns.
