Nice places and easy to get in and out
I've used there facilities around Waco and I've always received great customer service and reasonable/affordable rates.
Our experience has been great. Anytime I speak with someone , matter is taken care of. Only thing that would help since we have several storages and always paid on time I wish there was a discount of at least 25% off total . We have referred people to you as well .
This storage company is awesome. It was so quick and easy to get my unit when I was in a pinch and needed to move my stuff like yesterday! Their payment system is simple and easy to use, and that is a blessing in itself. Even the reminder text messages are friendly and not shameful! When I call them and have to leave a message (which is rare), they are very quick to call back. The location was ideal and the process of getting the space online was seamless. After we finished using the storage unit, the process to cancel was seamless too. We just called and he gave us the instructions. We'll use it again if we needed a storage in town!
