Showed up late every day but worked was completed by diligent workers. Alex cannot be trusted. He assured me as an approved provider for Georgia Power he would submit me for rebate, When I paid him I asked him what I needed to do to get rebate. He told me to email him my account information and he would submit it. I never heard from him again. I emailed him several times and I called. Even called office staff.
