My mother used Ken Hewitt for her HVAC needs since 2007. I moved here in 2013, I can not tell you how many times this man has gone out of his way to fix our unit that is now 27 years old. From walking me through a repair over the phone at no charge to completely rewiring my unit to accommodate an AC motor (my unit used DC ) .
