One of the smartest guy I've ever met, new more about engines than the guys that engineered them I'm sure
Called and asked if he could machine my engine block for me as my sleeves were out of spec and sitting too high above the block. 30 seconds in to the call with out seeing it or asking more questions he told me it was normal and it was supposed to be like that. Then told me someone else was calling and hung up on me.
Excellent customer service. Very busy
