Can't say enough good things about Bob and his team. Regular progress updates as promised and the work is top notch. Hope I'm never in a position to need them again, but if I am I won't think twice about coming back.
I rarely do reviews but this place deserves one, as they do excellent work. Bob, the manager, is friendly and calls to give updates on the work. The work was completed exactly in the amount of time they had estimated, and they handled everything with State Farm. They even touched up some other parts of the car for me. Hopefully I don't have to see them often, but I would not hesitate to take my car to them.
Great place, state farm process was fast and simple. Got my car back in less than a week looking like new. Highly recommended.

I was highly impressed with the service and communication from Spencer at Hewatts. From before our drop off through the entire process we were kept informed on what to expect from them and our insurance company. They also provide text updates along the way. They communicated very well and set expectations perfectly. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be and the pickup process was excellent. I hope to never need another collision shop, but if I do, they have earned my business.
