Love it here. I joined this gym in 2023, 6 months postpartum with twins and I’m 30+ lbs down, I run on Sundays with the run club and it’s such a great community ☺️

I used to skip workouts due to shoulder pain and injuries, but thanks to Rosie’s expert coaching and care, I’ve regained strength and mobility—and even resolved hamstring pain I’d had for years! His ability to tailor workouts and support each athlete is unmatched. Rosie is the reason I keep showing up. HEW is lucky to have him!
