Great place to work out. Love the coaches, the classes and the people.
This gym is family. The environment and dynamics of Michelle and Jessie and their whole team (starting with the good old friend Ed, Juan, Chloe, Ricky and the whole crew) is amazing. They not only are aware to correct your flaws and push you to get better, but also they treat you as a real family member. And that gets into the whole community. This gym is more than just another CrossFit box, is where we are all welcomed and it feels like home.
Have been working out here for 3 years! Love it! Changed my life I can do so much that I couldn’t do when I started. I look forward to going and is really an amazing support system. Feels like home!
