My brother passed away tragically in Sonora and Greg at the funeral home was so courteous and reassuring to talk to at this difficult time. He explained all the processes and next steps very patiently and calmly. Since he lived in San Francisco we wanted to bring the body to a funeral home in SF. They held the body in Sonora for a few hours at their funeral home so that immediate family could view the body before transporting it to SF. They did this as a courtesy and charged us no money.
