They treat women like idiots and act like a shade tree shop swaping parts on and of a friends car for over a month, and won't give her updates or information on what's wrong with her car.

This is the worst place I have ever in my life delt with. On 11/14/24 we dropped our keys off there and they told us they will go get our truck with a strap cause it won't start back up and it was in front of a restaurant. That day they went to try to figure it out but it rained so couldn't. That is understandable. The next day we called they told us they was going to go get it that morning so we hung up called around 4pm a hr before they closed and no answer so left a message to call back with an update. When the owner first opened a couple of years ago he was alright, he's gone downhill ever since. He opens up late and stands around shooting the bull instead of tending to his customers needs. He's not punctual and procrastinates appointments. The last few times he did work on my vehicle was shody. He installed an AC compressor without properly vacuuming the lines before recharging. Okay, halfway to White Lake from Wake Forest, our car a/c started making a bunch of noise. The air coming out was cold, but we had to drop it down to low because it was so loud. I brought it to Heustess Auto Car Center, and the guy said it was the blower, which made total sense. He ordered a new blower and let me know it would be about $285 to replace, parts and labor.
