As far as I know, Sam is the only one in the area that replaces and installs propane water heater. He arrived on time, and did the install very efficiently and neatly. The old water heater was sooty and dirty, and Sam did a great job to minimalize the mess. Virtually no clean up. The new install looks great, and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Sam not only for this, but any other plumbing project.
can't give enough stars to Sam for his prompt response and respectful and knowledgeable work while here to determine why we were lacking hot water throughout the house. Would use his services in a heartbeat again in the future!!!

We could not be more impressed or satisfied with Heusser's Plumbing. Sam arrived 5 minutes early (always noticed and appreciated), he was personable, intentional and respectful of our space. He did more than expected and shared his knowledge and suggestions. Definitely A+++ service!
We had an all-around positive experience with Sam / Heusser's Plumbing on installation of a new water heater. Good communication/quick phone call back, efficient, professional work, reasonable price, and a personable guy. Will definitely call them again if we have other plumbing needs.
