I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Heuser Hearing Institute on Dupont Square during my appointment on October 24th. I was advised on my insurance coverages and advised on the best hearing aids for my particular situation. The staff were very pleasant and cordial.
I have been trying for a week to schedule an appointment. I could only reach voicemail which said that they would return your call that day or next morning. After 3 tries in a week, I still do not have an appointment. They do not return my calls.
