RecommendedWe have been using Heuser for about 10 years. They are professional and knowledgeable, they have cared our daughter and myself. Due to their close affiliation with the Deaf Oral School now called Heuser Learning Academy, they have the latest and best information on equipment. Probably my best statement is, my wife and I trust them.

Potential Customers Beware. HHI is a provider in our insurance network. We used them cause we know we should receive a discount for this. We was balanced billed for 3100.00 we recieved our EOB from Anthem and it said we should only pay 512.25 Sandy in billing and Tiffany office manager has both stated that we are not getting a refund back from them and it doesn't matter what are insurance company says.Our insurance company has stated that we should't have been balanced billed.
