Dr. Heun is very accessible and keeps his schedule on-time without rushing patient care. He takes time to ask questions and listen closely. He freely shares medication and therapy suggestions and alternatives. All-around, have had a great experience with him for many, many years.
He wouldn't help me fix the bleeding/itching sebaceous (filament?) on my nose, claimed it was only a blood vessel and there was nothing that could be done about it. When I got a little upset about it he then had me banned from my own clinic. This guy is a complete jerk in my opinion, and he does not care about my well being. But it's okay, besides I'm finally getting the help I need from a plastic surgeon at Rochester Mayo.
Dr. Heun is thorough and really wants to get to the bottom of whatever brings you to see him. He really cares about his patients and his follow-up is outstanding!
