Ive seen this doctor a few times and she’s awesome! She took time to understand and treat me when i was in awful pain! Her kindess does not go un noticed!

She listened not with just her ears but person to person, gave me the courage to face my mental health issues.
The care I received from this provider was good. HOWEVER, after my last annual exam I received a surprise bill. I was charged for TWO visits on the same day. I thought it was a mistake but the billing dept said because the doctor wrote me a prescription, they charged a second visit since apparently that is not covered under an annual visit, even though the prescription was related to something seen during my exam. I had an appointment with Dr. Liu today. I have not been impressed with a Dr. for years. But, I must sing my praises for this one! He is kind, gentle and was very informative. I never felt rushed and he answered every question I had. If you are looking for a great ENT, this is the one you want. Amazing
Dr. Heun is very accessible and keeps his schedule on-time without rushing patient care. He takes time to ask questions and listen closely. He freely shares medication and therapy suggestions and alternatives. All-around, have had a great experience with him for many, many years.
Highly recommend. Excellent credentials, skilled, and personable.
Comes to appointments with her own agenda. Doesn't ask questions about patient just assumes that she knows things. Although I like I straight shooter when it comes to doctors she's very condescending and I would hate to know what she really thinks of her patients.
Amy is down to earth and thoughtful. She seeks input from her patients and always provides options. No lectures, just sheer care and compassion.
