I made a video appointment for my grandma and when you call the phone it goes straight into waiting screen. 1 plus hour goes by so we hung up. The next day I called back and they had the audacity to say that we missed the appointment. I told him that we waited over an hour past closing time, but the gentleman on the phone said we still have to wait, even though no one ever came online
Doctor is great but the staffs there especially the older gentlemen in the front don’t do their job. They’ll put you on hold and forget about you. It’s not like they are busy it’s just they are forgetful. This is the third time that’s happened and I would have to call back and complain
Dr. Heu is very nice; the office does not have the best organization but she has been willing to help me and is compassionate.
