Dr. Heu is very nice; the office does not have the best organization but she has been willing to help me and is compassionate.
The Dr is great, but I think it's time for me and my husband to look for a new Dr. The wait time is horrible. And if you have transportation issues and if you cancel 3 times, they will never allow you to make another appointments even though you let them know days in advance. You have to do walk-ins. Imagine being sick and you have to wait each time for hours. You already have to wait 2 hours with appointment just so she can see you for 5 mins. It's terrible.
Dr. Heu is very nice; but the office hasn’t responded to multiple emails I sent to confirm they filled out paperwork I need to submit to PG and E for medical assistance. They also didn’t tell me I needed to schedule a 3 month follow up and now I’m out of medication I need and can’t see doctor for weeks. They need better organization and follow up.

My 3 stars are for the Dr only. She genuinely cares and listens. Was her patient for 6 years. Her staff is the worst! The man that answers the phone is so rude and won't listen and has even hung up on me. About a year ago he told me go find another Dr if you don't like it. Well I have! Dr. Heu it's sad that you accept that type of behavior in your office
