I can't say enough good things about Zach at Hetzler.....the process to make Clayton's prosthetic was insane. We got there at 9, and he spent all day going back and forth to make sure he got it right. He took his time, talked to us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and made sure it was a perfect match and fit for Clayton. He would do some adjustments, then tell us to take a break while it cured so we could try again. He had the patience of a saint through it all too, and was such a perfectionist about hi... read more

Will never get a prosthetic here again. Decided to try a new spot, but it's been a hassle the whole process. Kathy the ocularist was nice, but that's where the good in this experience ended. The feel of the product is lower quality than I've experienced in the past. Additionally, even though I was repeatedly told that I could make changes to the eye for up to 6 months, I was just charged $340 for about 15 mins of work pumicing down a small portion and rebuffing (the surface has been tacky since I got it).
