We had an issue where we were in an emergency situation, called them right at opening and was told he would come by and look see what was going to be needed. After over an 4 hours of no additional contact I called to check eta and price to place pole. Was told we would be called back by the owner and when he called me back I was told I was rude so they were going to pass on my project. They did a great job wiring our new house.
