I highly recommend Brian Torske FNP! He listens to his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. He helped me get into a physical therapists same day so that I could start getting relief for my vertigo as quickly as possible. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was frustrating enough that I feel it’s important. While the staff was nice to get me in quickly before a trip I had, I drove three hours total for what I hoped would be help with on going ear pain. I was referred by my primary doctor. Instead, the provider told me my ears were “dry,” and recommended olive oil — no testing, I didn’t feel he was listening to me, and nothing was resolved. My daughter recently had surgery at the Bismarck Sinus Center. The nursing staff, anesthesia and Dr. Hetland all did a great job. Surgery went really well. Prior appointments leading up to the surgery were great as well. Thanks Hetland Team! My only negative experience was with the billing department. The first time I was contacted regarding the price I will be paying when I arrive at the surgery center.
