I felt like the I had a good experience with my appointments but the billing part of it and setting up payments I was quoted one monthly payment which I made and then I got a nasty message stating I was being turned over to collections and when they said they would work with me on payments they quoted me almost $2000 a month. The billing department has been very rude. I will definitely not be returning and will be warning everyone I know with any ENT to stay away from this place!! They are not there to work with you! First time coming here for services. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and got my family checked in right away. They have a little kid room there in the waiting room were the kids can play while you wait . The nurses, and doctors were very friendly. The communication between the nurses and doctors was top notch, as well. The treated us with kindness and made is feel heard. Is not qualified to see patients. Made appointment with Dr Hetland but this guy saw my son instead. He’s been choking on his tonsils for months he said sorry nothing we can do unless it keeps happening. It’s been going on for a year how much more proof do you need. Been 2 more months now and my son is so bad he can’t sleep eat or barely breathe! Drs just a young punk out for money! Take a look say can’t help and charge you! We are extremely thankful for Dr. Hetland and his staff. Dr. Hetland and Brian met us during an emergency. I cannot say enough about how amazing they were throughout the process. There were times that we had an appointment with Brian and he pulled Dr. Hetland in so they were both there at times during the appointment, even though Dr. Hetland had a full surgery day. Dr. Hetland just performed a trachea dilation procedure and biopsy on me, November 17, 2025. I am very pleased with the results. My trachea was 70% swollen and now it's open. His communication with me as a patient and my husband as my caretaker was very appreciated before and after the procedure. Dr. Hetland and Brian Torske and their team have great knowledge and understanding of ENT related issues. I've searched for answers for my breathing issues for 5 years.
