Good location nice place
Never again will i see NP Paige Voltz. She didn't do a thorough examination just looked on my ears and nose like my PCP would. She said everything is fine but yet I have this ear pain and throbbing that wont go away. This place is a joke! Shes not good at her job and yet I have to pay my bill for her whos supposed to be a specialist to do nothing more than my PCP would have done! Horrible job
I saw Hetland a few years ago in high school he told me I did not need my tonsils removed. Here I am at 21 years old needing to get my tonsils removed and my current ENT said he cannot believe this doctor did not recommend the removal of my tonsils when I was in high school. The consultation with Hetland consisted of him talking about his kids drivers test. If you have serious concerns I recommend seeing a different doctor.
First red flag: YOU CANT CALL THE OFFICE AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE DURING OFFICE HOURS. Untrustworthy at best. Was seen at this office around 2020, techs told me they got a prior authorization for services performed and I wouldn’t pay. A scan was performed, I was told there wasn’t a problem, to rinse my nose and it would fix itself. Now today, a $300 bill shows up without explanation or notification of services performed, I’m still having problems with my sinuses but $300 poorer due to a clerical error on their end. If I could give them a zero I would, this the worst place to go if you ever have any problems with your ears nose or throat. They know they are not competent to take care of the problems, but still will have you come in to charge the insurans and charge after. They will send tou to collection then call you to court for their bad services and job. They do not follow up on the issues, do not provide any referral what so ever. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
