Hetland and his staff FAILED. My mother (in her late 60s), came in for an ear tube and though she is a normally very patient person, said she is never going back to this clinic. There were multiple facets of this visit that were negligent. She was treated like a number and part of a paycheck instead of a person. I highly recommend Brian Torske FNP! He listens to his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. He helped me get into a physical therapists same day so that I could start getting relief for my vertigo as quickly as possible. Mainly I'm so thankful to have found a dr that took the time to really listen to me and took me seriously. Recently I've been suffering from extremely debilitating vertigo and headaches. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was frustrating enough that I feel it’s important. While the staff was nice to get me in quickly before a trip I had, I drove three hours total for what I hoped would be help with on going ear pain. I was referred by my primary doctor. Instead, the provider told me my ears were “dry,” and recommended olive oil — no testing, I didn’t feel he was listening to me, and nothing was resolved.
