I had good experiences for a number of visits but one visit left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. The staff is wonderful but Dr Burningham was incredibly rude and impatient when I needed an adjustment on a filling he had done (a sharp spot was cutting my tongue). He was impatient with my questions, visibly angry and took it personally like I was critiquing his work rather than needing an adjustment, called me difficult, told me to go to another dentist, and walked out on me. I’ve been coming here for less than a year and have always had a great experience with everyone! I don’t think I’ll be seeing anyone else for a long time. Dr. Burningham and his staff are amazing! I had to have quite a bit of work done on my teeth but the staff made it as easy as possible. You won’t find a better dentist!
I am so extremely grateful and happy with these folks.. I have sensitive gums and teeth due to injury several years ago and MS and they take the time but effectively get my appointments straight through I highly recommend them for their services and staff.
I've been going to Hethwood Dental for about 9 years now. They're always professional and pleasant, the staff make me feel welcome and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist in the NRV.
