Went yesterday with an appointment to replace a crown which had come away. Louise saw I was using crutches, asked how was I and arranged for Kate to come downstairs to treat me thereby saving me struggling up the stairs. The team which took over this practice six or seven years ago has really turned it round. Visiting has become a pleasant experience.
Great practice I was greeted by the fantastic Louise Kilpatrick the receptionist manager who always greeted me with a smile. I was treated by Freya who was always great very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this dentist and thank you very much to Louise and Freya who made me feel very comfortable and relaxed
