I wish I could give this Dr a negative star review, but 1 is the lowest. He was a complete bully to my 72 year old mom and had her in tears and was soooo rude. I am going to be investigating how to report him and have him reprimanded. He mocked her for not knowing the prescription dosage, that HE PRESCRIBED!!! He didn't even look at her eyes and just "punished" her by saying she had to be on it an additional 6 months! I am soooo angry!! I DO NOT recommend!!! RUN if you're referred here!
The wait times is a little absurd, going on hour 2 of sitting around. I'll be looking for a eye specialist once I'm done here today. Only come here if you can afford to wait a long time, 2+ hours is the worst i have ever experienced.
I saw Dr Heston yesterday and after reading the previous reviews I was worried about going. But everything went really well I had no wait time and everyone including Dr Heston were very pleasant and helpful.
Waited over an hour for an appointment that was booked three weeks prior. Decided I couldn't afford an entire day off work and left. There was still five patients waiting in line ahead of me.
Officially today will be finding another opthalmologist. Dr. Heston is wonderful, but it's the 3 hour wait is ridiculous. So long Dr. Heston.
