To begin with the reason for 1 star is to do with the service fee. No where on their website it was mentioned nor I was told it costs 189 while scheduling. I scheduled an appointment to have my garage door spring replacement checked out. It would be nice to metion during the scheduling of appointment or put it on their website. After the tech arrived and mentioned that there is a fee of 189, I did not know. Also, that fee would go into repairs or replacements only if its done the same day. I don't understand why. Went above and beyond in service! Jason was great, and went the extra mile by offering to change the light bulbs in my garage as well. Great team and service, thanks to Brad and Jason!
Heston is alway available to answer any questions about my garage door. Jason came yesterday and quickly helped with an issue I had with my keypad. Did you know you need an incandescent bulb for your unit? LED interferes with the connection. Who knew? Jason did! Thanks Heston!
