I am a dental professional and received poor work from this lab. I let them know via their own form and payment was cashed but they never acknowledged the fact that the night-guard was unusable. No contact was ever made to try to fix the problem. Payment taken and not so much as an apology, nothing. Our office will never recommend this lab or use it again.
