Very honest. I recently went in to Hester's and talked to them about an ATV, after asking me questions John helped me settle on the perfect one and not the biggest most expensive. After he told me how it compaired to others and the features I started to think "is he feeding me a sales line?" So I said I'll think about it so I could do my homework. I use to live in Folsom NM, When I lived there I went to Hester's and bought a 4x4 ATV. GREAT service! they treated me like I was there only customer. Was MORE then pleased with the deal they gave me. I recently moved to Clovis NM and had a failure on the ATV (rare bearing failure) I had the local dealer work on it and they charged me $2,800!!! BEST PLACE EVER!!!! I have done business with the Hester's for over 20 years. I have been to other dealers over the years while I was out of town to just look around see what was new and let me tell you I have yet to find a place with people like the Hester's. I only take my ATV's to John to work on down there, very honest. I have always got to pick what I want to have done and my bill was only what I wanted not a thiing more!
