Emailed a few times, maybe 3 times, in regard to a refund on the remainder of a payment I made for services not received. I was not rude in any of them but firm on wanting the refund and inquiring when that would be. Lance called me with reasons why I “disregarded” the agreement I signed. I said I want to know if I will be receiving a refund or not from the firm, otherwise, I would do my part on recovering the remainder of funds. Hester Law Group has been amazing to work with. Protecting your driving record is extremely important. I was pulled over because the car in front of me was speeding and I received their speeding ticket. Clearly I needed to make sure that I fought the ticket I received. I worked with Casey Arbenz and Lance Hester. Their professionalism and effort was simply outstanding. They fought for me and gave me their all throughout our entire case.
