I purchased a elliptical machine several years ago. had problems with it. i purchased a edxtended warranty.. all i got from them was a run around. the hest people from corpus christi came out to work on it. they stated that it was working when i got home it was not working.i paid them 100.00 plus for the service. as of this day they never came back to attempt to fix it.. i recommend not to purchase their products,, never, never again will i purchase their junk. lch
