As a follow to my review of Ron the Sewer Rat, we had Ezra out from Hessian to actually fix the issue with our kitchen drain. Cannot say enough about how great this experience was. He gave us clear options, pros and cons. He didn't pressure us for any particular path. We chose to do the larger job, and Ezra's estimate was precisely what we ended up paying. I have been a supportive customer of Ron the Sewer Rat for several years in terms of the quality of the work and pricing. I recommend them all of the time. This was why I selected their plumbing department when I needed a new garbage disposal. To be clear, the work was excellent; the tech was there on time and did a great job. No complaints there.
