Jordan was amazing! I have extreme anxiety due to a previous plumbing nightmare, and he was quick to set my mind at ease. Even in the 92° heat in our 100-year-old un-air conditioned house he kept a smile on his face. He probably went up and down the stairs between the second floor and the basement 100 times over the course of several hours and never lost his good mood.
