Such a beautiful place with absolutely incredible views — riding the pedal boats here was a real pleasure. The atmosphere is amazing, and the nature is just stunning. The line was pretty long, but it moved fairly quickly. However, there was one huge downside — the information that the $20 deposit could only be paid in cash was very hard to notice and only mentioned right near the register. On a hot summer day, we walked 15 minutes to get here and then waited another 20 minutes in line with our 4-year-old child, only to be told at the very end that a $20 cash deposit was required—credit cards not accepted. I cannot understand why credit cards are not accepted in this day and age. By then it was already close to 5 p.m., and this left us with nothing but two exhausted legs and a crying child.
