Service manager Kevin told me that because his mechanics there suck and cannot do their job correctly that its our fault and we are not allowed to bring our 4 runner we bought new there back ever again and the owner Bill said he stands behind his incompetent manager and mechanics. And anyone reading this will probably see it deleted soon becuase the world cannot know that problems happen and instead of fixing them its easier to ban people. Silence them. I brought my new Toyota there for regular scheduled maintenance. The staff was very efficient and friendly. They also had a very comfortable waiting room. I recommend using Hesser Toyota.
