At my previous job I used a hessaire cooling unit for 12 years and in the warmer months of the year it kept me cool and comfortable. This unit was necessary, especially in the summer and always worked unfailingly so I depended on it to keep me cool even on the worst hot days.
Customer service is an absolute JOKE!! Been emailing these people for a month about a $1600!!! unit I purchased that has issues!!! Sadly I have purchased x2 units from these people, but rest assured THAT WILL BE THE LAST DOLLAR THEY SEE FROM ME!!
Will load early. Need to call first and press three easy in and out within 30 minutes. People nice and friendly. No restrooms or overnight parking
I've called 6 times to get info on a defective part (on my 9 month old unit). Each time I'm told I'll hear back from someone that afternoon or the next day. This has been going on for almost 4 weeks. Worst customer service ever. If I can ever get this part, it will be the last dollar Hessaire ever sees from me.
