WARNING! Save yourself the nightmare! We gave them 4 orders, only one was processed and the rest (after a month +) never even got started. I contacted them over and over and over by phone and email asking for status with no response. When I finally sent a staff member to check in after weeks of calling and emailing, I found out that nothing had never even done with our orders! Hess did not have the common decency to ever respond. When we finally caught up to the owner. He was rude and disingenuous, never even apologized for ... read more
