If I could give a lower rating I would. This place seriously needs a restructuring in their scheduling department. Often, when I call to schedule or reschedule appointments, they do not answer or put me on hold and hang up. I have been dealing with this clinic for over 11 years. Originally my second program was supposed to take 16 weeks. It has now been 7 years since due to constant scheduling conflicts, especially only having availability months in the future, and constant refitting of Invisalign.
