Allison is really an MVP. While she was working with me (a big baby), she was holding the rest of the fort down too. Huge shoutout to her positive attitude and work ethic! Dr. Ulrich was also very nice and gentle with me!
I really appreciate the hard working team at Hess. They are a busy team that prioritizes their patients. I’ve felt like the doctors have heard me anytime I ask a question about my braces. They also worked with me to get them off fast for an event. Granted I’m sure that’s varies with cases. My teeth look perfect now! It was a process that was so worth it! Thank you Dr Popat, Dr Rey and Dr Ulrich. Also assist Kenna was great!! I would recommend. Enjoy my before and after.
Love this office team and Doctors. I just finished up a 2 year treatment plan with aligners and my teeth look amazing. Yes, they are busy due to the Doctor's being in high demand, but I’m honestly questioning more going to a office that is empty compared to a little bit of a wait time to be seen. Edit: Please note that this business provides gift cards to minors who post a 5-star review. Thus, take the vast number of flattering reviews with a large grain of salt. Three of my kids are current clients of Hess Orthodontics, two in Invisalign and one in conventional braces. When we moved to the area 5 years ago, Hess was highly recommended by our neighbors.
