Not sure I trust the experience or expertise of this place. I came in today for my second consultation for braces/Invisaligns. The first consult was in NC right before i realized I would be moving to FL. That place seemed muuuch more professional. To begin with, it was the actual orthodontist that did my consultation. I explained my issues and she felt my jaw joint and was able to tell that my jaw dislocates when I open my mouth. I have nothing but positive things to say about Hess Orthodontist and the entire staff. They are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve been having services at the Parrish location for a few years and have been well taken care of and listened to during my Invisilign journey. Thank you to Alex “Tickled Pink” for being so sweet each time she greets me and all the other patients at the front desk.
My daughter just got her braces off. Her smile is beautiful, the process was enjoyable and everyone in the office was always so kind, cheerful, and helpful. They took time answering all of our questions too.
