I can’t say enough positive things about Hess and specifically Lacey! Had an issue with my son that required urgent attention and Lacey went so far above and beyond what I would expect and I cannot thank her and Hess enough. I was already having a difficult day and if she wasn’t able or didn’t do what she did, it would have gotten exponentially worse. Thank you so much Lacey and the Hess team for helping my son when he needed it. He was so scared and I’m so grateful!

Amazing! We’re from out of town and my daughter’s wire popped out and she was in a lot of pain. I called multiple orthodontists around where we were and no one was willing to help us. A different orthodontist suggested calling Hess Orthodontics and Dr. Cetta was the only doctor willing to help! Not only did he say yes to helping he got us in right away! Going into the office is great but when you have to call and get in touch with anyone its literally a hassle they never answer. Also they need a calendar on the website so you know which office's ae open that day.
