Absolutely awful experience. 0/10. The office is cramped and chaotic—patients are practically on top of each other with absolutely no privacy. You can hear everything going on around you, including other people’s personal medical issues. The waiting room is always packed, often with nowhere to sit, and the entire place feels disorganized and overwhelmed. If you’re looking for even the bare minimum level of care or professionalism, look somewhere else. This is not the place.
I love this ortho so much, they always take care of me and I love going. Dominique always greets me when I walk in, and it makes me feel so welcome!
