I had a routine tire switch appointment, changing snow tires to summer tread. On installing one summer tread he found a screw embedded in it. He removed it and repaired the puncture. Not only did he save me from a slow leak, he also repaired it on the spot avoiding having to obtain another appointment in time. Attention to details and immediate service is a signature characteristic of Hess Tires
