No issues with the unit. It was rented to me with a torn weather seal which wasn't a big deal. Only wish I had him document that at time of rental as proof. I requested several times to have deposit returned to no response. When I finally sent copies of the contract requesting deposit. He claimed I had damaged the unit. He never sent me any documentation of this until I requested my deposit back which was more than 30 days after vacating unit. Nice newer storage units with great locking and shutting system. Enjoy renting from them.
Never returned phone calls so unsure if they are renting or not. Not a great way to do business. Maybe have a voice mail saying your full if you don't want to answer the phone.
