Peter and Vanessa were amazing. We had a poor experience with another realestate agent in wallan with our townhouse taking over 2months to hit the market then over a month on the market with very poor communication and apparent effort. We found Hess realestate the next day our townhouse was on the market and 9 days later it was sold in the price range we were asking. Peter and Vanessa’s communication and effort is commendable and I would highly recommend using them for any future house sales. Thanks Hess Realestate.
Clearly the sales rep has no respect for residents. My letter box has a sticker on it that clearly states "NO REAL ESTATE JUNK MAIL" Yet he still put a flyer in there. Just rude.
